Steven gives an overview of the public sector and how digital change in the sector has evolved over the years. He defines what product management and service design mean and gives examples of how the two fit into the various stages of product development.
Steven also explains why we adopted the product approach with our public sector clients. We not only provide this capacity to our government partners but we’re also coaching and developing this capability within their existing teams.
