Zaizi and The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) nominated for DevOps Excellence award
Zaizi has been jointly nominated with The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) for a DevOps Excellence 2020 award.
Zaizi’s submission with the NCSC is shortlisted in the Best DevOps Transformation category. Separately, the NCSC has also been nominated for The Most Successful Cultural Transformation award.
“We’re delighted to have been shortlisted at the DevOps Excellence awards next month along with our digital partners Zaizi.”
“As part of our work with Zaizi on our digital platform, we have been able to transform successfully from a Waterfall / ITIL approach to an Agile, DevSecOps delivery. This has allowed us to create a truly user-focussed website and operate as one flexible multi-dimensional team.
James B, Deputy Digital Product Manager of the NCSC
Zaizi helped build the NCSC’s new digital platform — an exemplar for the UK and beyond of a high-quality web service that prioritises user experience and security by design. The NCSC partnered with Zaizi to incorporate Agile and DevSecOps practice in order to continuously deliver and evolve its digital service.
“We’re thrilled to be nominated along with the NCSC for the Best DevOps Transformation award.
Aingaran Pillai, Zaizi founder and CEO
“We collaborated with the NCSC to implement an Agile and DevSecOps approach to its continually evolving digital offering. The DevSecOps mentality helped the team both support and improve the product; building new features, finding efficiencies and developing defences against new threats.
“We’re also pleased to hear the NCSC has also been shortlisted for another award in the ‘Most Succesful Cultural Transformation’ category. It has shown real leadership and is constantly striving to do the very best for the users of its products.
“A huge thanks to the team at Zaizi. Teamwork’s been the key to our success working alongside the best security experts in the UK and learning from them in refining the DevSecOps model successfully in our own organisation but also introducing it to our clients as well.”
Organised by Computing.co.uk, the DevOps Excellence Awards highlights the people, companies, technologies and projects leading the charge in implementing a DevOps culture.
The nominations come on the back of Zaizi winning Crafter Software’s Solution Partner of the Year award and a Security Excellence award in DevSecOps category.
