Newsweek names Zaizi as one of UK’s Most Loved Workplaces
US media giant Newsweek has recognised Zaizi as one of the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® in the UK for 2023.
We’re ranked 49 on this prestigious list based on extensive research by Newsweek and the Best Practice Institute.
Newsweek is a global digital news outlet built on the iconic 85-year-old print magazine. The Best Practice Institute is a leadership development and research company.
The list recognises companies that create a workplace where employees feel respected, inspired, appreciated and are at the centre of the business model.
Over 2 million employees from companies of all sizes were surveyed, making this a hugely competitive process.

“This achievement is a reminder that when we come together with a shared purpose, doing meaningful work that has a positive impact on society we can create a workplace that truly stands out and is appreciated by all.”
Tracey Robinson, Zaizi’s Chief People Officer.
