Our CTO Sergio Rojas took part in a Tech Talks podcast recently talking about Zaizi and DevSecOps in government

Sergio touched on some of the challenges facing the public sector and talked about how to best prepare for an imperfect world.

He mentioned why DevSecOps is important in a climate where everything is hackable but stressed security should be balanced and proportionate so that it does not hinder user experience. 

Finally, Sergio gave tips to those looking to step up to a CTO role. “Make others be successful. Make sure you provide the right tools, the right training and the right ecosystem in general for others to be successful — cause that’s what will make you successful,” he said.
