Best workplace: Zaizi shortlisted for IT Industry Awards
Zaizi is a finalist in the “Best Place to Work” category at the prestigious BCS & Computing UK IT Industry Awards 2023.
We also recently achieved Most Loved Workplace® certification backed by the research and analysis of Best Practice Institute, a leadership development and HR research company. It means we’re in the running for the UK’s 100 Most Loved Workplaces, published by Newsweek.
This news follows our nominations last month for two other awards that recognise our work around diversity and inclusivity.
For the UK Industry Awards, judges shortlisted us in the Organisational Excellence section in the “Best Place to Work” category.
We now go through to a final judging panel alongside some big multinationals and listed companies in the same category, including GBG, Dunelm, SNC-Lavalin and UST.
“We’re honoured to be nominated for the ‘Best Place to Work’ award in the prestigious IT Industry Awards 2023 and be certified as a Most Loved Workplace.
“Our organisation’s purpose is to realise potential. These recognitions underscore both our commitment to excellence in the workplace with our employees and our clients. Supporting our team helps them do their best work. An empowering, inclusive workplace lets our people thrive. Thriving staff collaborate better with clients and deliver solutions that drive success.”
Aingaran Pillai, CEO and founder of Zaizi
Computing Editor Tom Allen said: “Congratulations to Zaizi on being named as a finalist for the UK IT Industry Awards. Reaching the shortlist is an impressive achievement in the face of stiff competition, especially this year when the market is changing so quickly.”
Most loved workplace
The Most Loved Workplace® certification means we’re in contention for UK’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplace, which Newsweek will publish in October. Most Loved Workplace® validation provides the most comprehensive look at workplace sentiment for organisations today.
We’ve been certified based on our Love of Workplace Index™ scores. It surveyed employees on various elements around employee satisfaction and sentiment, including respect, collaboration, support, and a sense of belonging inside the company.
“At Zaizi, we believe in the power of inclusivity, and these accolades validate our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
“We prioritise values, promote flexible career paths, and support various talent journeys, from apprenticeships to career changes.
“Our dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture has been recognised by the IT Industry Awards and The Most Loved Workplace. It reflects on our ongoing efforts to make Zaizi a place where employees can truly thrive.”
Tracey Robinson, Zaizi’s Chief People Officer
