Why organisations are interested in process automation — Flowable
Process automation helps organisations speed up repetitive tasks but also enables them to measure performance and use the data to make informed decisions.
That’s the view of Paul Holmes-Higgin, the chief product officer of Flowable, the open source BPM (Business Process Management) provider.
Paul also discussed how Flowable provided value in the process automation world and said government organisations are embracing open source to guarantee the success of solutions through deep engagements with communities like Flowable’s to avoid lock-in or abandonment of key technologies
